All last weekend was sunny and glorious, with temps in the seventies. My friend CC and I have taken to walking during our lunch hour and really enjoyed the nice weather.
Unfortunately Friday after work it started pouring with rain, and it didn't stop until this morning. The temps dropped too and I had the heat on two nights.
I slept most of Saturday and a good part of Sunday. It was just the kind of weather that made you wanted to stay under the duvet. Read the first part of a book CM has lent me about a kid growing up in the early 80s in England which of course struck many chords. Then made a list of all the movies I have in my "to watch" list and was shocked to see them number close to 100. Good thing I'm not paying for my DVD-by-post subscription any more.
And of course, today was bright, clear and sunny. Predictable.

The new and much-delayed Wembley Stadium is due to open tomorrow when the FA Cup Final (soccer) returns after a seven year absence.FA CUP FINAL PRICES - Burger: £5 ($10)However, many fans are unhappy about proposed prices within the stadium.
Fans of both Chelsea and Manchester United are being advised by their peers to boycott food, merchandise and programmes inside Wembley on Saturday.
I won't be going myself, as I couldn't see spending £60 or £95 on a ticket. I'll be visiting the Gran for the tri-weekly debriefing.
